How We Work

Working with a new overseas supplier takes a leap of faith. We try to make that leap as small as possible with a clear process, direct communication, and an experienced export team that has done this many times before,

Here's exactly what to expect.

  1. 01

    Send Us Your Enquiry

Tell us the variety, grade, quantity, and destination. That's all we need to get started. There's no minimum commitment at this stage — we're happy to talk through requirements of any size.

Reach us via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form. We respond within one business day.

  2. 02

Receive a Quote and Product Specification

We'll come back to you with a detailed quotation covering product specifications, available grades, packaging options, and pricing based on your volume, Incoterms, and delivery timeline.

    • FOB and CIF options available
    • 25kg or 50kg packaging
    • Custom labelling available
  3. 03

    Request a Sample

We actively encourage first-time buyers to request a sample before committing to an order. It's the simplest way to verify quality for yourself — and we make it easy. Samples are matched to your exact grade specification and shipping is arranged on our end.

There is no better way to know if we're the right supplier for you.

  4. 04

    Confirm Contract and Order

Once specifications and terms are agreed, we issue a formal sales contract. Production is scheduled immediately upon signing and deposit receipt. Everything is clear in writing before anything moves.

    • Formal sales contract
    • Transparent payment terms
    • Confirmed production schedule
  5. 05

    Production, Quality Check, and Loading

Your order moves through our fully integrated processing facility — drying, milling, colour sorting, and packing. We keep you informed at key stages so there are no surprises. Third-party inspection is welcome and can be arranged at your request.

    • Meyzer colour sorting technology
    • Moisture and grade testing at every stage
    • Third-party inspection supported
    • Loading at Can Tho or Ho Chi Minh City port
  6. 06

    Shipment and Documentation

Our export team handles all documentation and keeps you updated through to delivery. Full document sets are issued promptly after loading accurately, completely, and on time.

    Standard documentation includes:

    • Bill of lading
    • Phytosanitary certificate
